a/c space takes classic menswear and reimagines it with elements of Taiwanese culture woven (pun intended) into its DNA. Since its founding in 2024, each piece is thoughtfully designed using premium materials and trim. Pieces are made in small batches in the historic Garment District, New York City. Our mission is to celebrate our Taiwanese heritage through storytelling and cultivating community.

We believe in community through friendship, and knowledge through community. We publish words not only in print, but on everyday and fine art objects. We hope to proliferate theory, cultural mythologies, and the work of emerging/underrepresented writers––areas especially important to us as queer artists of color. We want words in your kitchen and your bathroom and your car (if you have one) and on your body and head and feet (if you have them).
Active Chapter was founded in 2024 by artists Eka Savajol, Lucia Mumma, Max Chu, and XY Zhou.

Born out of childhood nostalgia, an obsession with cultural identity and a love language rooted in food, Anyoung Super is devoted to championing the representation and evolution of Asian American cuisine and culture. Each of our neighborhood superettes in Seattle stock a rotating selection of specialty foods and lifestyle goods carefully curated to highlight Asian and AANHPI brands and designers.
Our Name: In Korean culture, where honorifics are taken very seriously, “anyoung” is the most informal way to say “hi.” In this way “anyoung” is immediately welcoming, giving a sense of closeness, familiarity and warmth. As this is how we hope to receive our customers and how we hope our space will make them feel, “anyoung" felt like a fitting name for our shop.

AZN AMERICANA is a nonprofit collective for Asian women & femmes.
Founded in 2023 by two Asian women in Brooklyn who felt tired of people telling them what success should look like, we support our community in work and life through:
- A mentorship program that pairs Asian women across the arts, social impact, entrepreneurship, creative industries, and more
- Workshops and events focused on creativity, storytelling, mental health, and self-advocacy.

Cindy Trinh is a photographer, visual artist, community organizer and activist who is passionate about social justice and human rights. Their photography and art aims to connect with people and places through the medium of visual storytelling. They have been published and featured by popular media, including Aperture, HBO/HBO Max, NBC Asian America, Asian American Arts Alliance, Paper Magazine, The Hill, Bloomberg Businessweek, The New York Daily News, Hyperallergic, and more. They have exhibited their photography at cultural institutions and galleries such as the Museum of the City of New York, Flushing Town Hall, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of NY, Subtitled NYC, Pearl River Mart Gallery, Welcome to Chinatown, and more. Cindy is the creator of Activist NYC, a documentary photo project about activism and social justice movements in New York City. They regularly engage in community building and participate in exhibitions, art and cultural events, volunteer efforts, neighborhood programs, and mutual aid. Cindy is a champion for social justice and continues to tell stories of marginalized people through their photography and visual art.

Chutbi Ceramics is the work of Gabrielle Tang, a 1.5 generation American born in Hong Kong and now based in NYC. They have been practicing the craft of ceramics — both wheel-throwing & handbuilding — since 2018. Chutbi Ceramics focuses primarily on creating pieces that merge the whimsical with functional ware, and each collection draws on themes & values significant to Gabrielle’s own life.

Established in 2018, DAWANG is a New York-based contemporary streetwear design brand that draws influences from East and West. DAWANG is committed to celebrating a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese aesthetics. Chinese-born Founder Daisy Wang launched DAWANG in 2018 after taking a class on subcultures at Parsons the New School of Design, realizing that nobody was making the type of elevated Asian streetwear that she wanted to consume—comfortable, ready to wear, and daily accessible.

Favor Coffee Company is an Asian-American, woman-founded roasting company based in the New York metro area. Established in 2020, by Christina Chin (they/she), Favor is devoted to honoring every process along the coffee supply chain and ensuring sustainability (economic, social, & environmental) and quality.
Our sourcing is relationship-driven while our roasting is quality-focused. We prioritize women-powered operations and partner with importers who value transparency and invest in their partners at the production level. We strive to maintain and highlight the subtleties of every batch to present beautiful coffees to celebrate and enjoy everyday.

I'm an independent artist who loves to pay homage to my Asian-American upbringing! I love to reimagine Chinese culture in a new and cute way through a variety of art mediums. The goal of my work is to find the joy and nostalgia that still shines through all the complications of being third culture.
